Turns out, he was right.</div> <bR> <div> In this study, 40 men and women listened to recordings of the roaring engines of three luxury cars and one everyday vehicle: a Maserati, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Volkswagon Polo. Saliva samples were collected to measure testosterone secretion.</div> <bR> <div> While the Maserati made 100 percent of the women feel sexy, it only had that effect on half the men.</div> <div> While there was no one car that had such a significant impact on the men, 60 percent showed a testosterone increase at the sound of a Lamborghini.</div> <bR> <div> "We saw significant peaks, particularly in women," Moxon told the Telegraph about the vroom-vroom of the Masarati. "The roar of a luxury car engine does cause a primeval physiological response."</div> <bR> <div> And what about the Volkswagon Polo?
